Before we pick up
the camera.

A useful event brief makes clear what must be captured, when it happens and where the finished film will be used. Include these details with your enquiry.

Date, venue and access

Send the event date, venue address and the part of the schedule you want covered. Include setup time, filming access and the on-site contact. A three-hour package needs a coverage window; it does not automatically cover a full-day event.

The moments that matter

Share the run of show and your priority moments: arrivals, a particular runway segment, a presentation or the atmosphere in the room. Flag anything happening at the same time in different places. One filmmaker cannot promise simultaneous coverage of every stage, guest reaction and room.

Where the film will appear

Tell us the channels, intended audience and whether the film is for your own social posts, a website, sponsors or paid advertising. Include the delivery deadline and any required logos or credits so format, usage and delivery can be agreed before booking.

Is this full-length event recording?

The starting package is an edited highlight film and two short vertical cutdowns from the same footage. Full speeches, multi-camera recording, event photography and same-day edits are separate services. Mention these needs at the start so the scope can be reviewed.

Can you film in Markham or elsewhere in the GTA?

Enquiries are welcome for Toronto, Markham and the Greater Toronto Area. Send the exact venue and schedule. Availability and any external costs are confirmed before booking.

When will the films be delivered?

The delivery schedule is agreed for each project before booking. Include any launch, sponsor or posting deadline with your first enquiry. Same-day editing is outside the starting package.

Does an enquiry book my date?

An enquiry does not reserve a date. Kang first confirms availability, scope, usage, the total and delivery timing with you.
